These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of indirammaillu.net (the “Site”), operated by Indiramma Illu Guide (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

1. Nature of the Site

The Site is an independent, privately operated information guide about the Telangana Indiramma Illu (Indiramma Indlu) housing scheme. It is not a government website, not an authorised agent of any government body, and not affiliated with or endorsed by the Government of Telangana or any of its departments. The only official portal is the government domain ending in .telangana.gov.in.

We do not accept, process, forward or influence applications; we do not decide sanctions; and we charge nothing for anything on this Site.

2. No professional advice

Content on the Site is general information, published in good faith. It is not legal, financial, tax or administrative advice, and it does not create any entitlement or expectation of benefit under any government scheme. Decisions about your own application should be made on the basis of the official portal, official Government Orders, and what the responsible government office tells you.

3. Accuracy and changes

Government schemes change: amounts, phases, deadlines, portal URLs and procedures are all revised from time to time, sometimes without notice. We work to keep pages current and correct mistakes quickly (see our Editorial Policy), but we do not warrant that any content is complete, current or error-free. Where sources conflict we say so rather than inventing certainty. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Site at any time.

4. Permitted use

You may read, print and share our pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, and link to them. You may not:

  • republish, scrape or systematically copy substantial parts of the Site, or use it to train or feed a commercial dataset or model, without our written permission;
  • present our content as official, government-issued or government-approved material;
  • use the Site or our name to collect money, documents or personal data from applicants;
  • attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on it;
  • remove, obscure or interfere with advertising, attributions or legal notices.

5. Intellectual property

Our original text, layout, design, illustrations and code are owned by us and protected by copyright. Government material such as Government Orders, statistics and portal names remains the property of the respective government body and is referenced here for informational purposes. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners. Requests to reuse our content, and copyright complaints, are handled through our DMCA & Copyright policy.

6. Third-party links and advertising

The Site links to government portals and other third-party websites, and displays advertising served by third-party networks. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, offers, or privacy practices, including advertisements. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party. Before entering personal data anywhere, confirm you are on a genuine official domain.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. See also our full Disclaimer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of opportunity, benefit, sanction, money, time or data, arising from your use of or reliance on the Site or on any third-party site or advertisement reached through it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-excludable rights you have as a consumer, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the Site.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version published on this page, with the date shown above, is the one in force. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
