Indiramma Illu Guide (indirammaillu.net) is an independent, privately run information website about the Telangana Government's Indiramma Illu (officially Indiramma Indlu) housing scheme. We are not a government body, not a government agent, and we have no affiliation with the Government of Telangana, the Telangana State Housing Corporation, or any of their offices or officials.
Why this site exists
Applicants and families searching for information about Indiramma Illu often land on pages that mix outdated figures with rumours, or on lookalike sites that ask for Aadhaar numbers, OTPs or a “processing fee.” Official notifications, GOs and portal updates are published across several government websites in different formats, which makes it hard for an ordinary applicant to piece together a straight answer.
We built this guide to do that piecing together in plain language: what the scheme actually offers, who is eligible, which documents are asked for, what each application status means, how the sanction and beneficiary lists work, and where to go when something is stuck. Every action that involves your personal data — checking a status, applying, or lodging a grievance — is handed off to the official government portal at indirammaindlu.telangana.gov.in. We never collect it ourselves.
What we do
- Explain the Indiramma Illu / Indiramma Indlu scheme, its phases, and its financial assistance structure in simple English.
- Summarise eligibility conditions, the L1 / L2 / L3 categories and the documents usually requested.
- Describe how to check application status, read the sanction and beneficiary lists, and track a grievance on the official portal.
- Link directly to the relevant official government pages, orders and helplines instead of reproducing forms.
- Flag conflicting or unverified numbers openly rather than picking whichever figure looks best.
What we do not do
- We do not accept, submit, forward or “fast-track” applications.
- We do not collect Aadhaar numbers, OTPs, ration card numbers, bank details or documents.
- We do not charge any fee for anything, and nobody is authorised to collect money on our behalf.
- We do not decide, influence or have any visibility into who receives a sanction.
How we research and write
Our content is compiled from publicly available sources: Telangana government portals and press releases, published Government Orders, official helpline information, and mainstream news reporting. Where sources disagree — for example on minimum house size — we say so and point you to the office that can confirm it for your own sanction. Funding and advertising
This is a free website. Running it costs money, so we display advertising served by third-party advertising networks, and pages may include affiliate or sponsored placements where relevant. Important: we cannot check your application status, change your status, escalate your file, or tell you when your instalment will be released. Only the government can do that — call the toll-free helpline 1800 599 5991 or visit your MRO / MPDO office.
