We are a small independent team and email is the best way to reach us. Please include enough detail (the page, the section, and what looks wrong) so we can act on your message quickly.
We aim to acknowledge every email within 3–5 working days. Messages are answered in English; we can usually read Telugu and Hindi too.
What to write to us about
- Corrections and updates — a figure, date, status meaning or link that is wrong or out of date. Please include the page URL.
- Privacy requests — access, deletion, or objection requests relating to your data, or opting out of personalised advertising. Put “Privacy Request” in the subject line.
- Copyright / DMCA notices — see our DMCA & Copyright policy for what a notice must contain.
- Advertising and sponsorship — enquiries about advertising on this site.
- Reporting a fake or fraudulent website — if you have come across a lookalike site collecting Aadhaar numbers, OTPs or fees in the scheme's name.
What we cannot help with
We are not the government and we have no access to any application, database or file. We cannot:
- Check, change, approve or reject your Indiramma Illu application.
- Tell you why your status shows “Pending” or “MPDO Approval Pending” in your specific case.
- Add your name to a beneficiary or sanction list, or tell you when funds will be released.
- Collect or forward your documents.

Please never send us personal data
Do not email us your Aadhaar number, OTP, bank account details, ration card number or scanned documents. We do not need them, we do not want them, and if you send them we will delete the message. Genuine government processes are handled only on the official portal or in person at a government office.
